The death meant charges were upgraded against Julio Morales-Amilcar, 24, of Bridgeton, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.

On Aug. 12, Bridgeton Police Officers were dispatched to a location on Myrtle Street for the report of an assault. Upon arrival, they encountered an individual who was later identified as Clememte Vazquez-Pacheco, age 35, of Bridgeton who was transported to Inspira Hospital in Vineland and later determined to be suffering from a brain bleed and in critical condition.
